Additional information is available at Designation- Senior SaaS Support Engineer Location- Dover India Pvt Ltd Bagmane Laurel | Block A | Level 2 Bagmane Tech Park | Bangalore-560093 Roles & Responsibilities- Execute core ITIL functions such as Incident Management and Change Management adhering to processes built with a strong customer focus. Configure application monitoring tools, contribute to maintain high availability, 100 PERCENT Application uptime and stable user experience under heavy load conditions in 24X7 SaaS Env ironment as per SLA Support automated, robust, scalable SaaS application software deployments, maintenance, troubleshooting and issue escalations. Investigate failures, identify root cause and implement remedies as part of continuous. Improvement effort Proficient in building and troubleshooting complex queries for relational databases. Ability troubleshoot NoSQL databases. Support Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity efforts across applications. Experience with enterprise web-based application administration and troubleshooting, familiarity with JSON, XML and troubleshooting REST APIs. Collaborative spirit and ability to unite stakeholders to clearly define and assess the technical feasibility of change and feature requests for the e-commerce platform. Strong written communication skill with aptitude towards technical visualizations, features and workflow documentation, including SOPs, flow diagrams, end user documentation and knowledgebase creation. Demonstrate a powerful sense of customer service, teamwork, work ethic and positivity. Ability to work SMART under extreme pressure with very little or no supervision. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Must Have Skills- 7-9 years of technical support experience in commercial web application with proficiency in Java or Microsoft .NET C#. technology stack on Windows/Linux platforms. Experience in supporting applications on Cloud Platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure. Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services i such as service fabric, stream analytics, IoT hub and power. Hands-on experience in administering Java application servers in a SaaS production env ironment running JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic, IIS or Apache Tomcat. Experience in either SQL, NoSQL, NewSQL technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra etc Experience in application monitoring and performance monitoring using standard tools such as Azure monitor, AppDynamics, Splunk, etc. Experience in enterprise B2B e-commerce platform (such as Hybris, Intershop) support. Strong aptitude with server and application troubleshooting and the ability to drive to root cause on a wide variety of issues. A good understanding of IoT infrastructure, such as network communications, mobile equipment technology, cloud services Strong knowledge in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, PowerShell.
