Job Description: The candidate should have a good understanding of the core banking market and closely coupled Digital offerings. Should be able to talk about leading product vendors, their relative strengths/weaknesses & market position, what SIs are doing, and a view on where the market is moving to. Should be able to understand and articulate product suites from at least two of three core banking product vendors – Finastra/Temenos/Oracle (preferably the first two). Should have a good appreciation of the business (retail, corporate), related operations, interplay with surround systems, and how a bank would view their transformation. Worked on products like Trade Innovation and GPP (from Finastra) | T24 (from Temenos) – please do not approach these two companies as we have a non-solicit agreement. Should have handled a Pre-Sales role for a minimum period of 5 years – for e.g. the person could have earlier been in sales/delivery and then subsequently moved into a Pre-Sales role. Should have preferably handled multiple geographies in the past.
