Our newly restructured Customer Communication Management (CCM) organization is poised for growth. In addition to our existing portfolio of Journey Orchestration and multi-channel communication offerings, weare excited to add a Gartner recognized Customer Data Platform (CDP) as we push to accelerate our digital engagement strategy.
Position Summary :
Your role is to plan, track, co-ordinate and drive the feature developments in the CDP product.Wewilllook to you to employ, instill and enforce best processes in product development and deployment as part of mentoring and further growing a high-performance development team. You are a relationship builder with relentless focus on collaboration in cross-functional teams and can successfully engage with diverse personalities. You drive technical and functional requirements at multiple levels of detail.
Own end-to-end program management artefact and execution. Create/update pre-planning, scope, release & resource plans, and risk mitigation plans. Track product release through agile methodologies. Monitor progress, risks, roadblocks, and identify opportunities. Provide reporting to upper management for overall visibility of status.
Manage delivery expectations with internal team and customers. Interface with multi-disciplinary teams withinCSG(implementation, product development, Infrastructure), third-party vendors, and client to deliver solutions and support client needs.
Develop business and functional requirements. Synthesize complex and sometimes contradictory information into concise, readable, unambiguous written requirements at multiple levels of detail. Validate feature sets to ensure functional requirements are implemented correctly.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in technology orbusiness relatedfield
5+ years’ experience in data driven marketing functions and/or managing analytics projects
Experience in campaign management or business intelligence is strongly preferred
Prior role as business analyst or technical account manager is desired
Understanding of software development and data management lifecycles and methodologies
SCRUM certification equivalent is preferred.
Strong communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills, exhibits accountability, ownership
Excellentproblem-solvingskills and negotiation skills
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible, adaptable to changing priorities and challenge the status quo while maintaining deadlines and delivery schedules
Experience in managing escalation, communications, and resolving issues during software development. Provides updates, lessons learned, and corrective measure suggestions to ensure high quality results while preventing repeat issues from occurring.
Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
Experience in Jira and other project management software is required
