Looking for a senior support analyst with 6-8years of experience in production platformsupport. The candidate should have been a part of L2/L3 teams and have the following skillsets.
Hands on experience in supporting applications deployed on AWS cloud.
Knowledge of basic DevOps and ability to scale up
Experience & knowledge on Python & Unix Shell scripting
Experience in supporting Weblogic application server administration, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle (RDS) & MySQL on a production platform would be preferable
Good experience and knowledge on Linux & Windows operating systems
Good experience and knowledge on monitorign tools like Nagios, CloudWatch, ELK is required.
Good understanding of operations SLAs and ability to co-ordinate within the internal and external teams to debug a issue, trace the route cause and provide a resolution is required.
Excellent communication skills (Oral and written) to liaiase with consumer queries and issues.
Excellent presentation skills to liaise with consumers during various discussions that may be required.
Knowledge of ticketing tools like Remedy would be desirable.
The R&R would include:
Attending daily status calls with stakeholders and internal Ops teams
Discussions with delivery teams for project/L3 related issues.
Monitoring and maintaining on-prem and cloud infrastuctures
Participate in application & infra enhancements activities to provide inputs and suggestions.
Deployments in reference/test and production environments
Troubleshooting issues and log analysis
Supporting 24x7 on-call and work in various shifts according to the project needs.
Conducting periodic Operation/Support reviews
Working on RFPs and conducting POCs
Organizing knowledge sharing sessions with peers
Incident and problem management
Documenting SOPs, deployment plans, support model documents/Ops manuals etc
