Customer Relationship Management:
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of
complaints.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Point-of-Contact for all customer-related issues like Product Delivery, Spares dispatch, Warranty call, and other Value-
Added-Services provided to the customer.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer's requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Co-ordination with Couriers, Service technicians, Online portals (Flipkart, Amazon etc) for to ensure proper delivery of
service to customers.
Soft Skills Needed:
Ability to listen and DE-escalate tense situations with customers.
Professional Communication with Customers, Technicians & other Business partners.
Interpersonal Relationship Management.Skill-Sets Required:
Advanced proficiency & Fluency in English & Hindi.
MS Office - Word & Excel.
Fitness Equipment Domain Exposure.
Zoho One Suite Knowledge. Qualifications & Experience:
Any Under-Graduation Degree.
Team Management Experience (not-mandatory).
Customer-Handling Experience (not-mandatory).
