Process Trainer – Sales Development

: The Process Excellence Trainer’s objective is to keep improving the performance of the Sales Development (SD) team to generate better quality conversations in Replicon’s target markets that in turn can have a stronger impact on the sales pipeline and conversions. This is an individual contributor role and demands superior communication and collaboration skills to liaise with SMEs, Sales, Marketing, L&D and SD leads in order to meet all training needs of the reps in line with industry best practices. Responsibilities:
  • Analyze phone, email and chat conversations between reps and prospects and provide measured feedback to ensure processes and cadence are followed
  • Collate data on prospect conversations, outcomes, etc. and assessment of the same to present to the senior management
  • Help build a winning mentality within the team to move from reactive to proactive and prescriptive to predictive for having quality sales conversations that enrich the experience of prospects and help gather insights for account executives to close deals
  • Maintain and update all process documents internal to SD
  • Responsible for onboarding new hires as well as planning, designing and conducting custom training programs periodically
  • Prepare training materials and conduct workshops using a variety of instructional techniques such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, lectures, etc. to ensure the right message is taken to the market, targeted at the right audience and delivered effectively to elicit interest in Replicon’s offerings
  • Maintain and develop training manuals, calendar, content and relevant course materials
  • Required experience and skills:
  • Any graduation
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience in coaching inside sales teams
  • Flexible to work in night shift.
