Monitor and maintain computer networks.Configure operating systems.Resolve issues related to the network. Prioritize and manage the workflow.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issuesDesign computer systems to meet the particular requirements of the organizationAbility to learn and work on changing and emerging technologies.Monitor daily performance of technical systems. Deploy new software or hardware systems.RequirementsProven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role Good knowledge of Networking, Firewall configuration, Domain, and InternetGood understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech productsAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issuesFamiliarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbalAdditional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plusRequirementsProven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role Good knowledge of Networking, Firewall configuration, Domain, and Internet Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
