• Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches
• Selling company's productSales Support
• Support the CRO in his sales effort, in terms of generating benefitillustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etcRelationship Management
• The Bank is the key customer of the Business Manager and he has toengage an open and trusting relationship with the BranchManagers/officers/staff
• Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions totransfer knowledge about insurance, Company's product offerings andunderstand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any)
• Ensure that all service requirements are met, medicals facilitated andcustomers are satisfied.

• Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank – whether through walkin, data-mining, referrals and others.

• Achieving sales targets
• Activate & Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales
• Arranging training programs for bank staff on products and selling skills
• Increasing productivity of bank branchQUANTITATIVE
• Achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual Sales TargetPREFERRED CREDENTIALS WORK EXPERIENCE 2-4 years In Insurance / Banking / Finance / FMCG / NBFC / Pharma Sales andFreshers. AGE Below 35 years QUALIFICATIONS Diploma, Graduates / MBAs of formal education is desirable.
