Resource Manager – Deposit Mobilization-NBFC
Grade – Manager / Senior Manager / Chief Manager based on experience
(Resource – by resource we mean the raising of funds from public via multiple instruments for further lending; instead of depending on Bank Loans)

Domain Knowledge:
–

The candidate should have extensive experience in the Banking / NBFC. Specifically, in Retail Banking, and Operations.
Sound understanding of the financial services (banking and NBFC) market and regulatory environment in India.
Additional experience in capital markets and debt markets / and working knowledge of NBFC sector interplays would be valuable.
Skills

In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment in the banking industryExpertise in areas such as –Business development / Target Setting, Stake holder Management.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good leadership qualities.
Client relationship management and account management skills.
Experience in handling mid to large- HNI's.
Excellent people management skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
Willingness to travel extensively.
