- Interacting with users on a day-to-day basis for timely closing of the tickets.
- Presenting power point presentations to the client on various topics like organization structure, master data etc.
- GAP analysis and worked with the development team to minimize the GAPs.
- Preparing Functional Specs to capture the new requirements and providing logic to the development team.
- Preparing Authorization Matrix and test scripts for Unit Test, User Acceptance Test.
- Involving in Integration with other modules such MM, SD, and MD teams.
- Post Go-Live support and preparation of configuration documents for FICO module.
- Preparation of training manuals/end user documents for FICO module.
