- Interaction with senior management at a client and/or, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach.
- 6-14 years of experience either in presales or core Solutioning profile from BPO industry
- Retail / Travel/ Transportation / Hospitality / BFSI Domain expertise & excellenct presentation skills preferred.
- Think out of the box / Forward Thinking and move out of the comfort zone to try new things and drive innovation. This involves managing complexdeals and complex situations.
