    JobDescription:

    1.*General Administration:
    Developand implement administrative policies and procedures to streamlineoperations and enhanceefficiency.
    Oversee facilitiesmanagement including office infrastructure equipment maintenanceand utilities management.
    Managevendor relationships and procurement processes to ensurecosteffectiveness and quality ofservices.


    2.*Human Resources (HR)Management:
    Lead HR functionsincluding recruitment onboarding performance management trainingand development.
    Develop andimplement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor lawsand organizational objectives.
    Foster a positive work environment through effective employeerelations communication and conflict resolutionstrategies.


    3.*Social and TechnicalCompliance:
    Ensure compliancewith social and technical standards including health and safetyregulations labor laws and industryspecificrequirements.
    Collaborate withrelevant stakeholders to implement and maintain complianceframeworks conducting regular audits andassessments.
    Develop and overseecorrective action plans to address compliance issues and mitigaterisks.


    4.*Team Leadership andDevelopment:
    Provide leadershipand direction to teams responsible for general administration HRand compliance functions.
    Mentorand develop team members fostering a culture of accountabilitycollaboration and continuousimprovement.
    Delegate tasks andresponsibilities effectively ensuring optimal utilization ofresources and alignment with organizationalgoals.


    5.*Reporting and Analysis:
    Prepareregular reports and presentations on key performance metricsoperational trends and compliance status for executiveleadership.
    Conduct data analysisto identify areas for improvement and implement proactive measuresto address challenges and optimizeprocesses.
