Translate strategic goals into operational plans and establish and lead a managementteam to implement these operational plansFoster collaborative relationships (internally and externally) with key stakeholders andpartners in teaching, research, publications and knowledge exchangeFoster a culture of excellence, co-operation and respect, driving a commitment toequality, diversity and inclusion for all students and staff both within and beyond thedepartment and collegePlan and Document the course plan and syllabus for every semester for all the subjectsCoordinate with the team and work towards the development of department byensuring personal and professional growth
