    About Us:


    We are on a mission to empower businesses to succeed in the mobile-first world by helping them create their own native mobile applications to increase engagement.

    Vajro is a cloud-based Mobile Commerce Platform that lets companies create mobile shopping apps for their stores. Our core product is a no-code Mobile App Builder.

    Brands can use Vajro to build stunning, exquisitely crafted, and native Android and iOS apps in under 60 minutes, without any coding.

    The Opportunity:


    As Vajro's Senior Product & Growth Marketing Manager you will develop and execute the growth strategy of a product-first SaaS company that serves more than 5,000 ecommerce brands and millions of monthly end-users.

    Your desire to contribute to our "move the needle" mentality will be rewarded with a direct impact on the organization's success.

    Through self-initiated cross-collaboration and fast decision-making processes, you will lead from the front and help to shape the future of mobile commerce.


    The Responsibilities:
    Development and hands-on execution of Vajro's growth strategy.
    Lead execution of Vajro's product marketing strategy.
    Run A/B tests, growth experiments and data analysis.
    Systematic creation of product marketing materials (articles and videos).
    Leading 1 direct reportee.
    Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Product & Growth Marketing.

    The Requirements:
    Minimum of 3 years experience in Growth and/or Product Marketing.
    Extensive experience in experimentation and data analysis.
    Strong understanding of GA4, Google Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.
    Strong understanding of Product Marketing content creation distribution.
    Experience in working with CRM tools.
    Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in working in a SaaS environment.
    Strong project management and operational skills.
    Fluent in English, verbally and written - a must.
    Experience in ecommerce - an advantage.
