    Full-Time Site Reliability Engineer job opportunity at May I Help You. We are a consultancy service company providing manpower supply, recruitment, and end-to-end facility management services. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Senior position requiring 7 to 10 years of experience.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
    • 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of Linux systems administration.
    • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Perl).
    • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL).
    • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Design, implement and manage the infrastructure necessary to support our applications.
    • Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of production systems.
    • Proactively monitor and respond to system alerts and incidents.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including performance bottlenecks and network problems.
    • Collaborate with development teams to design and build scalable and efficient systems.
    • Implement automated solutions for infrastructure deployment and management.
    • Conduct regular system performance tuning and capacity planning.
    • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
    • Participate in on-call rotation and perform weekend maintenance activities as required.
