Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vasant Vihar for a Clinical Psychologist holding an RCI licence post the completion of an MPhil. Degree. The primary responsibilities include providing mental health support through individual and group therapy, conducting psychological assessments, and generating treatment plans tailored to clients' needs. The role involves working with clients from diverse backgrounds, utilizing evidence-based practices, and collaborating with other practitioners to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• RCI Lisence and an Mphil Degree is a must. We are not hiring associate clinical psychologists at the moment.
• Expertise in Psychology and Psychological Assessment is essential for understanding and evaluating client needs
• Proficiency in Counseling and providing Mental Health support to diverse populations
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in working with intersectional and inclusive frameworks is highly valued
