    Description

    Position: Business Analyst - Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Focus

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and present engaging demonstrations as proofs of concept, showcasing deep understanding of solution frameworks and our product offerings.
    • Leverage extensive domain knowledge to transform functional requirements into technical specifications.
    • Actively participate in innovating solutions by closely working with customers to understand and analyze their business requirements.
    • Support marketing initiatives by contributing to case studies, portfolio enhancements, and promotional content creation.
    • Conduct meticulous requirement gathering and create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user interfaces guides, wireframes, and project estimates.
    • Assist the business development team by preparing essential documentation to help convert leads and prospects into clients.
    • Ensure precise documentation of analysis results and process workflows, securing client approval where necessary.
    • Manage communication between clients and technical teams to facilitate clear and effective exchanges of information.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex project requirements.
    • Proven track record in defining and documenting extensive web systems and their infrastructure.
    • Effective meeting management skills, ensuring clear objectives and actionable outcomes.
    • Experience in client interaction through various communication channels including phone, email, Skype, and in-person meetings.
    • Excellent multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
    • Strong documentation capabilities, proficient in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), PowerPoint presentations, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience with Custom Software platforms is highly desirable, particularly in estimating.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires excellent organizational skills.
