    Job Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Officer to join our team at JOGNIYA EXPLOSIVES PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven work experience of minimum 3 years in FMCG sales
    • Focus on driving sales in retail/ modern , B2B and intuitional
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
    • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
    • Fluency in English and Hindi

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify target outlets for placement
    • Feedback and evaluation of results and marketing management's review
    • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
    • Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
    • Contact and visit customers to understand their needs, present our products, and provide suitable solutions
    • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
    • Regularly update CRM software with customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track sales performance and contribute to business planning
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and stay abreast of industry developments
