    Job Summary:

    Prime Healthcare Management seeks an IT Payroll Application Analyst with experience in Lawson's Payroll modules, including Payroll and Absence Management. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the assigned Lawson application and supporting systems.

    This role partners with Payroll Directors and customers to analyze work process designs, flows, and improvements to leverage technological capabilities. It requires knowledge of Lawson's PR and LP modules, focusing on active use, implementations, support, and maintenance.

    The incumbent will serve as a technical point-of-contact for an assigned functional area, assisting subject matter experts by ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

    The Analyst will also support Payroll upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects assigned.

    Responsibilities:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
    • Three to five years of Payroll experience required
    • Ability to travel up to 50%
    • Strong knowledge of Lawson modules, including Payroll, Absence Management, ESS, MSS, Crystal Report Writing, and Add-ins
    • Proven experience in Payroll processing
    • Experience with Lawson HCM system full-cycle implementation, preferably in a healthcare setting
    • Strong understanding of pay practices, pay codes, deduction codes, union dues, etc.
    • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of Kronos or JbDev time clocking system is required
    • Knowledge of developing interfaces with third-party vendors is a plus
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with many growth opportunities offered through diverse projects
    • Ability to work with end-users and troubleshoot issues
    • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in integrating Lawson Payroll modules with other Lawson modules like Finance is required
    • Must have experience in data conversion techniques

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Three years or more of project management experience
    • Ability to define Process flows for Infor Process Automation
