This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist at Bootes Impex Tech Ltd. located in Gurugram. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and help desk support for desktop computers and other information technology systems. The role will involve assisting employees with IT-related issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

• Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting desktop computers and information technology systems
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Relevant certifications or degree in Information Technology or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
