    Sales & Marketing Specialist - BFSI - USA Market

    Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

    • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound emails
    • Researching university accounts (existing and prospective) to identify key players and to build a database of contacts
    • Maintaining and expanding our database of prospects and existing customers, including creation and distribution of applicable reports using Salesforce
    • Providing technical information and explanations and responding to customer requests in a timely manner
    Organizing and managing email campaigns targeting the university community

    • Creating, organizing and presenting webinars targeting the university community
    • Managing logistics for MPOWER's conference and event presence
    • Creating sales collateral (print/digital) and manage distribution among university partners
    • Supporting Marketing team with campaign management, website content, competitive assessments and ad hoc projects
    • Collateral management and fulfillment
    • Assisting internal departments with university outreach for processing details or delinquent borrower research

    THE QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's/PG degree in a related field (marketing/communication)
    • 4+ years of demonstrated sales support within a B2B environment
    • Email marketing experience
    • Event planning experience
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must
    • Prior experience in the US or Canada (professionally or as a college student) preferred
