    Description

    The Business Analyst is responsible for overseeing overall functioning of the Sales & Operations department through data analysis and insights to the Directors while providing strategic support to the team.

    The position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role involves working closely with the sales & operations team to analyze data, generate insights, and provide administrative support to improve business efficiencies and indirectly drive growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the Founder & Director and Co-Founder & Country Head, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging business meetings.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify key insights and actionable recommendations for enhancing sales & operations effectiveness. Setup a calendar to support this area as well as adhoc reports based on seasonality market trends.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to facilitate understanding of trends in business, create improved focus in sales pipeline management through business reports with gap analysis to improve productivity.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives based on data-driven insights.
    • Support sales forecasting and planning activities by providing accurate and timely data analysis.
    • Drive capability and training in sales process & tools such as CRM to ensure higher adoption.
    • Conduct site audits to ensure the operations processes are being implemented along with subject matter experts.
    • Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination of activities.
    • Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations, such as maintaining sales records, liaison with universities / 3rd parties for managing invoicing pipeline.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales analytics and administration.

    Qualification & Requirements

    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Proven experience in sales administration, sales operations, or related roles, with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Exposure to working with Management teams across geographies is a plus.

    · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.

    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Zoho
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
