    Position Overview: As a BTL Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing below-the-line marketing campaigns for our products. Leveraging your expertise in offline marketing strategies and tactics, you will engage directly with consumers to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and sales. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Campaign Development: Develop innovative BTL marketing campaigns tailored to target consumer segments and product objectives.
    2. Collateral Creation: Create compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, POS materials, and other promotional items to support BTL activities.
    3. Event Management: Plan and execute various events including product launches, experiential marketing activations, trade shows, and in-store promotions.
    4. Partnership Building: Identify and collaborate with relevant partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance the impact and reach of BTL campaigns.
    5. Consumer Engagement: Implement strategies to directly engage with consumers through sampling programs, demos, roadshows, and other interactive initiatives.
    6. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of BTL campaigns, gathering insights to optimize future initiatives and improve ROI.
    7. Budget Management: Manage BTL marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
    8. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all BTL activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in offline marketing roles within the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully conceptualizing and executing BTL marketing campaigns.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
