Description
Responsibilities of your team willinclude but are not limited to:
1.Contributing to the development of new DRAM emerging memoryproducts and IPs by enabling the overall design layout andoptimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits
2.Supporting design validation & verification reticle experimentsand required tapeout revisions
3. Performingverification processes with modeling and simulation using industrystandard simulators
4. Contributing to crossgroup communication to work towards standardization and groupsuccess
5. Working with Marketing ProbeAssembly Test Process Integration and Product Engineering groups toensure proper manufacturability of product
6.Proactively solicit inputs from Standards CAD modeling TechnologyDevelopment groups to ensure the design quality and reliability
7. Driving innovation into the future Memorygenerations within a dynamic work environment.
Successful candidates for thisposition will have:
1. Experienceleading a team of young engineers and technical subject matterexperts

6.Knowledge about complete product design and development flowincluding:
a. Memory Design
b. Power network development & analysis
c. Reliability analysis and improvements
d. State machine modelling design and verification
e. Verification methodologies and frameworksincluding behavioral modeling Timing analysis equivalence check
7. Familiarity with a scripting language(Python Tcl Perl etc)
8. Familiarity withvarious memory design architectures
9. Goodexposure to various CAD tools
Qualifications:
1.Bachelors or Post Graduate Degree in Electronics Engineering orrelated engineering field
2. 10 years ofrelated industry technical experience
3. 3years of people leadership experience
