Responsibilities:
Expertise in sourcing/ Tracking through Job Portals, Social Media, Networking, Referrals and other sources
Efficient in handling bulk hiring requirements with direct clients
Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Should be a self-starter
Experienced in all aspects of complete recruitment cycle including requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, interviewing, salary negotiation, and rolling out offers.
Vendor management and acting as the SPOC for the consultant
Ensuring an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have 3-5 years experience in talent acquisition.
Excellent Communication skills
Hands-on experience in IT/Non-IT vertical
Dynamic and result-oriented individual
Excellent relationship management skills to develop successful networks within senior management, staffing teams, and HR Partners.
