- Gather, aggregate, standardize, and analyze ESG data from diverse sources and systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Implement and maintain robust ESG data governance frameworks, adhering to BR&SR, GRI, and other relevant standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, HR) to integrate ESG considerations into business operations.
- Prepare comprehensive ESG reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of ESG data to identify improvement areas and drive impactful sustainability initiatives.
- Generate insightful presentations to communicate ESG performance to diverse audiences effectively.
- Oversee adherence to ESG regulations and standards.
- Proactively monitor and measure ESG impacts and outcomes to identify and manage risks and opportunities.
- Stay abreast of evolving ESG reporting requirements and ensure compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and propose enhancements to ESG data collection and reporting processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leverage technology and automation to streamline data management and reporting tasks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in ESG initiatives.
- Actively engage with investors, regulators, and communities on ESG matters.
- Promote transparency and accountability through clear and comprehensive ESG reporting.
