- Assessnutritional needs diet restrictions and current health plans todevelop and implement dietarycare plans and provide nutritionalcounselling to our team of dieticians as well as Hospitals that wemanage
- Consult with physicians and health carepersonnel to determine nutritional needs and diet restrictions ofpatient or client. (Need based with prior approvals)
- Monitor food service operations to ensureconformance to nutritional safety sanitation and quality standards.
- Coordinate recipe development andstandardization and develop new menus for independent food serviceoperations in the company
- Develop policies forfood service or nutritional programs to assist in health promotion.
- Inspect meals served for conformance toprescribed diets and standards of palatability andappearance.
- Develop curriculum and preparemanuals visual aids course outlines and other materials used inteaching of nutrition
- Select train andsupervise operating teams who plan prepare and serve meals atvarious projects in the company
- Coordinate& Conduct diet clinics.
- Organizedevelop analyze test and prepare special meals to name a few lowfatlowcholesterol and chemicalfree meals.
- Planconduct and evaluate dietary & nutritionalstudy.
- Plan and conduct training programs indietetics & nutrition and institutional management andadministration for Educational Institute healthcare &Corporate Services
- Test new food products andequipment for nutritional evaluation
- Conferwith design building and equipment personnel to plan forconstruction and remodeling of food service units.
- Identify technological developments in dietplanning at hospitals.
- Conduct audits at ourhospitals on regular intervals Needs to Travelacross
- Minimum1 year of experience in hands MHSC / PG in Nutrition
- Practical operating experience &knowledge of clinical dietetics Diet therapy medical nutrition i.e.covering all aspects for various illness including oncology
- Planning & prioritizing of specificdietary programs for specialist Hospitals & thereaftertrain them.
