Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to oversee the smooth operation of our technical teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying project requirements and developing a design structure.

Responsibilities:

Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Managing entire projects and providing solutions from a technical perspective.
Taking ownership of problems and their solutions, delivering business value end-to-end across our technology stack.
Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Communicating challenges, failures, and successes transparently with the team.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working with various technology stacks and building products on a larger scale.
Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as Python, React, and Databases, along with experience in cloud deployment.
Experience working with Databases like MySQL, MongoDb, and designing Database structures for efficiency and scalability.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a passion for excellence.
Experience scaling, performance tuning, and optimization at both API and storage layers.
Ability to design application architecture, features, and design principles.
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
A proven ability to take projects from ideas and experiments through to robust solutions.

About the Role
