Job Description:
1) Lead the design team in creating seasonal collections, overseeing the entire design process from concept development to production2) Lead design for modest/core lines3) Working on Mood boards, Color pallet and conceptualizing.4) Research the Global Market to understand The Trends, Color direction & breakthrough of New Technology.5) Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audience preferences and emerging trends.6) Drive the successful launch of new collections, aligning with market demands and consumer preferences.7) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective design development, reflecting the brand's image and maintaining relevance to the target consumer.8) Ensure product launches align with market demographics and consumer personas, driving customer engagement and loyalty.9) Ensuring complete execution of the season campaign in collaboration with the marketing team.10) Develop a line which cater company with growth and required margin with promising Brands Value and Promotion.11) Research and develop new fabric trends, silhouette trends and Wash & Finish trends with keeping price in mind.12) Responsible for Approvals of Lab dips, Preproduction Sample, Size set Approvals.13) Selling The Design concept by presenting the New collection to the sales team & channel partners at the trade show.
