Role Overview:

As a Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Associate, you'll work under the guidance of our founders to bring the Suit Lounge story to life on social media. Your role will extend beyond content creation, involving direct marketing activities, client engagement, market research, and supporting our sales and design teams in achieving their targets. Your creative output will not only captivate our audience but also drive meaningful interactions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Produce compelling and visually stunning content for our social media platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand's posh aesthetics and messaging.
• Direct Marketing: Actively engage in direct marketing activities, including crafting and sending proposals to B2B clients, meeting with potential clients to understand their requirements, and fostering strong professional relationships.
• Market & Competitor Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform content strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Sales & Design Collaboration: Support our sales and design teams in achieving monthly targets through strategic content and direct marketing efforts.
• Multitasking & Coordination: Efficiently coordinate office-related tasks and multitask across different projects, demonstrating excellent organizational and delegation skills.
• Content Equipment Proficiency: Skillfully operate cameras, gimbals, lighting, and sound equipment, and proficiently use editing software to create high-quality content.
