    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and manage project finances and budgets across India.
    • Prepare a monthly management information system (MIS) dashboard to track project performance.
    • Collaborate with senior management to create financial plans, review annual operating plans (AOPs), and assess cash flows for all projects.
    • Ensure that projects are delivered within established cost, time, and quality frameworks.
    • Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
    • Identify and resolve bottlenecks hindering project progress.
    • Engage with business development teams to explore new opportunities, prepare cost-benefit analyses, and conduct feasibility studies for potential projects.
    • Implement financial decisions made by management across all projects.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
    • At least 10 years of experience in finance and strategy, preferably in real estate projects.
