    GM Accounts

    Major KRA for (AGM/GM Accounts) Position:

    • Ensuring preparation and closure of financial statement of Real Estate Entities on periodical basis.
    • Compliance of Companies Act, CARO, LLP Act.
    • Ensuring closure of tax audit, TP audits
    • Preparation of data for Income Tax/ GST Assessment
    • Ensuring closure of Stat. Audit, internal audit and ICOFR.
    • Ensuring AP & AR functions deliverables as per the required check.
    • Ensuring accounts compliances as per JDAs.
    • Ensuring compliances and documentation for borrowings.
    • Ensuring trial balance review on monthly and take corrective actions for RE entities.
    • Ensuring inter company transaction with compliance of Companies Act.
    • Ensuring timely deposit of statutory liabilities.
    • Monthly MIS on key deliverables.

    Requirement:

    • CA with minimum 810 years of post qualification experience.
    • Should have Real Estate background,
    • Candidate with SAP background would be added advantage
