    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Specialist cum Administrator (FEMALE EXPAT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, along with strong administrative abilities. The primary responsibilities of this role include parent communication, guest relations, grievance handling, event coordination, and providing support to the Principal in various day-to-day activities.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
    • Maintain positive relationships with parents, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
    • Manage guest relations, ensuring a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for visitors to the school.
    • Handle grievances from parents with empathy and diplomacy, working towards effective resolutions when required.
    • Coordinate and organize school events, such as parent-teacher meetings, cultural festivals, and extracurricular activities.
    • Assist the Principal in various administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
    • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the school community.

    Job Knowledge (Prerequisites):

    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with parents, staff, and guests.
    • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proven ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field.
    • Desired experience of 6 -12 years in handling the similar role
    • Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills.
    • Good computer skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint
