Therequirement is to develop training content development for aprestigious Broadband service provider based out of Mumbai alongwith associated tasks.


Following are the three keyresponsibilities:

TrainingNeeds AnalysisThe job entailscollaborating and communicating with multiple stakeholders toensure that the onfield sales personnel are adequately equipped andinformed to conduct their sales and marketing activities whileselling the broadband service and related services. To achieve thesame weekly onfield visits may be required alongside the salespersonnel visiting societies and end customer shomes.
Creating TrainingContentDesigning anddeveloping instructionally sound training content this couldinclude creation of video scripts PPT based training slidesfacilitator guides Sales pitch et al. based on the training needsanalysis updates in the broadband service offerings organizationgoals et al. The content will be used by a dedicated team ofprofessional trainers for conducting thetraining.
Learning ManagementSystem (LMS)

AdministrationThis includesbasic LMS Admin tasks such as:

o Reportsmanagement fetching reports from LMS and presenting the sameo User Management assigning / adding /deleting users o Content ManagementUploading training courses etc.

Adequatetraining will be provided for thesame.

Musthaves: ExcellentInterpersonal skills Candidate will be interacting withmultifaceted teams end customers management Product / Serviceexperts et al. Ability to work in afastpaced environment and multitaskCandidate must be a graduate with fluency in English. Candidateswith English Literature Education Psychology Sociology backgroundsmay be preferred. Candidate should befluent with MS PPT Minimum 6 years of workexperience is required of which at least 4 years should be in rolesinvolving one or more of abovementioned key responsibilities.
Experience creating eLearning content for corporates / workforcelearning.

Highlydesired (but not mandatory):Project management experience is an addedadvantage. Proficiency in ArticulateStoryline will be an added advantage.
Fluency with Hindi isdesired.

PrimaryTerms of engagement: Thecandidate will be expected to be diligent timely and professionalin conduct. The immediate assignment will be to work at client sitein Mumbai and the candidate will be expected to uphold the companys ethos and professionalism as expected andcommunicated. The role is to work for 6 daysa week Mon through Sat. One day of the week will be a holiday. Oneof the 6 working days may be a field visit. Compensation will be as per the industrystandards.
