The PingID Operations & Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting,monitoring and enhancing enterprise-scale identity and authentication platforms in a cloud-hosted environment.
This role focuses on operational support incident management and continuous improvement of authentication systems built on
PingFederate Ping Directory and AWS-based applications ,
The engineer will work closely with application teams product owners and agile teams to troubleshoot complex production issues support releases and implement identity integrations using OIDC OAuth SAML The role requires strong hands-on experience with AWS Linux CI/CD pipelines monitoring tools Splunk Dynatrace Infrastructure as Code along with the ability to manage high-priority incidents participate in bridge calls deliver root cause analysis This position plays a critical role in ensuring the stability security performance of authentication services in a fast-paced regulated environment opportunities contribute to automation tooling process improvements.
