    Roles and Responsibilities :
    Manage ongoing business execution and people related projects that have are ongoing periodically. Develop and maintain program/project plan. Identify and implement alternative solutions. Deliver communications and coordination in support of the program objectives.

    Build a trusted relationship with extended community and leadership and exemplify one team behavior.

    Effectively contract and communicate with business stakeholders in extended sales community to ensure satisfaction with initiative execution and delivery. Work proactively with the teams to resolve issues. Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels.

    Analyze metrics and trends and feedback to evaluate success of overall program, suggest for improvements and refinements. Anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate remedies. Build collaboration tactics and community champions to influence better participation and outcomes


    Interface with various functional groups, extended teams and other stakeholders to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to program execution.

    Implement and improve procedures and processes to optimize program effectiveness.


    Coordinate content and delivery of internal and external program communications to the appropriate audience through various channels, including email, direct mailings, conferences, meetings.


    Minimum Qualification :
    Bachelor's degree. At least 2 years in project management, exposure to business / sales processes and execution ineeded. MBA is a plus

    Understanding of generic business and sales objectives in corporate environments.

    Self starter, Strong team player, able to develop strong working relationships and very strong organizational awareness

    Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Not hesitant to reach out to wider audiences and working in varied charters with extended communities.
