    Job Description
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Research and understand the target audience to create content that resonates with them.
    • Write clear, concise, and compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing materials.
    • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and market demands.
    • Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets high-quality standards, including grammar, punctuation, and style.
    • Stay current with emerging digital trends and content marketing best practices.


    Requirements

    • Bachlor's or Master's degree in any stream but must have at least done internships in content writing.
    • Excellent understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
    • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. Exceptional research skills and the ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand content.
    • Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to integrate keywords seamlessly into content.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong content writing skills for social media platforms, media releases, blogs, newsletters,etc.

    Application Process:
    • Carefully read the JD and apply for the same on the respective job portal.
    • On receipt of the application, the HR Team shall send a simple quick questionnaire to move forward to the evaluation process.
    • There will be a Personal Interview and skill test of shortlisted candidates post the evaluation of the questionnaire.
    • Selected candidates shall be intimated via mail directly by the HR Team and the orientation process will follow.
    • Post intimation and dispatch of offer letters, the on-boarding process will begin and job roles will be assigned.


    Requirements
    Education and Skill Requirements: Candidate must possess a master's degree, such as an MBA in Business Management, Marketing can be an advantage, particularly in highly competitive industries. Candidates with course work in areas like content writing, project management, negotiation, strategic planning, marketing, or international relations will be preferred for the role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and collaborating effectively with external partners. Familiarity with market trends, customer behavior, and global industrial partnerships. Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners. If you are applying for this role, you must possess good expertise in language, verbal and written communication and control over the vocabulary.
