    Job Overview

    The role of Scrum Master is to facilitate collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team. This position involves supporting Product Owners in backlog grooming, prioritization, and clarifying user stories.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
    • Guide and coach the Scrum Team on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and best practices.
    • Monitor sprint progress using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or VersionOne.
    • Remove team impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
    • Promote collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.
    • Track team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint goals) and share insights with stakeholders.

    Mandatory Skills:

    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance (or equivalent)
    • 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master with Agile teams
    • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and Agile principles
