Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile Scrum practices, Project Lifecycle (PLC), HDLC lifecycle management, and Telecom program delivery.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end project execution, ensure timely delivery, and act as a bridge between business stakeholders, users, and technical teams.

This role requires a hands-on leader with excellent stakeholder management, user governance experience, and deep understanding of telecom operations and delivery frameworks.

Key Responsibilities Agile & Scrum Leadership

Act as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum best practices and promote continuous improvement.
Remove impediments and proactively manage risks to keep teams productive.
Coach teams on Agile mindset, velocity improvement, and delivery predictability.

Project & Delivery Management (PLC / HDLC)

Manage the complete Project Life Cycle (PLC) from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure.
Oversee HDLC (High-Level / Hybrid Development Life Cycle) activities including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
Track progress using KPIs, dashboards, and regular status reporting.

Telecom Program & Operations Management

Lead and manage Telecom-related projects across network, OSS/BSS, infrastructure, and service platforms.
Coordinate with telecom stakeholders including network, core, operations, vendors, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with telecom standards, SLAs, and operational requirements.
Support transformation initiatives across 4G/5G, VoIP, IMS, OSS/BSS, and enterprise telecom solutions.

User & Stakeholder Management

Manage user onboarding, access governance, role mapping, and lifecycle management within project scope.
Act as the primary point of contact for business users, product owners, and leadership.
Gather, validate, and manage user requirements, change requests, and approvals.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through transparent communication and delivery.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

Ensure project governance, documentation, and audit readiness.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Manage change management processes, approvals, and impact analysis.
Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Ensure proper documentation across BRD, FSD, HLD, LLD, SOPs, and Runbooks.
Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions.

Required Skills & Competencies Core Skills

Strong experience as Scrum Master and Project Manager
Deep understanding of PLC and HDLC lifecycles
Telecom domain knowledge (Network / OSS / BSS / Infra / Services)
Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery models
User and stakeholder management

Technical & Tools Knowledge

Agile tools:
Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps (or equivalent)
MS Project / Excel / PowerPoint for planning and reporting
Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem)

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution abilities
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-project environments

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Scrum Master Certification (CSM / PSM) – Preferred
PMP / Prince2 / SAFe – Added advantage
ITIL certification – Good to have

Experience Requirement

8+ years of overall experience in Project Management / Scrum Master roles
Minimum 4–5 years in Agile/Scrum-driven environments
Proven experience delivering Telecom or large-scale IT projects
