    Key Responsibilities

    Research & Analysis

    • Conduct detailed research on MSU's academic programs, including main campus and CRUX offerings.
    • Benchmark programs against competitor institutions to highlight USPs and improvement areas.
    • Analyze trends in higher education, skill development, and work-integrated learning models.
    • Prepare concise research reports, briefs, and presentations for senior management and marketing teams.
    • Gather data on student interests, job market trends, and emerging academic domains to support program positioning.

    Marketing & Sales Support

    • Convert research insights into actionable marketing and sales strategies.
    • Engage with prospective students, parents, and corporate partners to promote MSU's programs.
    • Assist in developing marketing materials, pitch decks, and targeted campaign content.
    • Collaborate with admissions and outreach teams to support lead generation and drive conversions.
    • Represent MSU in student fairs, webinars, industry events, and public forums.

    Qualifications & Skills Required

    • MBA in Marketing (preferred) or related field with a strong focus on research and analytics.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or academic/market research roles.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and market analysis tools.
    • Self-motivated with a curiosity-driven mindset and strong problem-solving approach.
