    Talent Acquisition Manager – Bulk Hiring (BPO)

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage high-volume hiring initiatives for our BPO operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective bulk hiring strategies to meet the high-volume recruitment needs of the BPO.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and create hiring plans accordingly.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
    • Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to attract top talent.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
    • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bulk hiring and talent acquisition.
    • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets within tight deadlines.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the recruitment process.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on bulk or volume hiring in the BPO industry.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven leadership and team management abilities.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in organizing and managing recruitment drives or walk-in interviews.
    • Familiarity with employer branding and employee engagement strategies.
    • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
