Overview:

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with expertise in VMware Carbon Black. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying customized VMware Carbon Black solutions, ensuring the seamless integration and optimization of security solutions within our enterprise private cloud VMware environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deploy customized VMware Carbon Black solutions tailored to meet the organization's security requirements.
2. Research, evaluate, and implement best practices for integrating Carbon Black's security solutions within the VMware environment.
3. Install, configure, and troubleshoot VMware Carbon Black products, including endpoint security, workload protection, and threat hunting.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between security policies and business objectives.
5. Provide technical expertise and support for ongoing maintenance and optimization of VMware Carbon Black solutions.
6. Monitor system performance, security events, and alerts to identify and mitigate potential threats or vulnerabilities.
7. Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and guidelines for system administration tasks related to VMware Carbon Black.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a System Administrator with a focus on VMware technologies, specifically VMware Carbon Black.
3. Hands-on experience with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting VMware Carbon Black products.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
5. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
