Main Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain quality manuals and supporting documentation regarding FSSC, BRC, HALAL, KOSHER, FSMS.
• Responsible for all type of Quality and Hygiene issues, HACCP food safety system implantation, monitor cleaner's job activity and prepare their schedules and assign areas of work.
• Monitoring Quality control system, Production and Operation activities are according to FSMS and basic food safety system.
• Monitoring and programming Critical Control Points (CCPs).
• Carry out internal audits, MRM, quarterly PRP-GMP audits as per schedule.
• Control and monitor outsourcing activities.
• Preparation, Review and update standard operation procedures (SOPs).
• Manage Quality and Safety standards of food products and food manufacturing.
• Monitor staff personal hygiene conditions, physical checks on finished product with labelling.
• Monitor and cross check the raw material, store physical condition, staff health condition.
• Prepare weekly report and documented.
• Ensure the provided food safety records are correct and updated.
• Ensures employees follows all food safety and worker safety practices.
• Participates in all the activities including the requirements of ISO/HACCP quality system.
• Perform inspections on products, equipment and machinery.
• Responsible to assist team during customer and regulatory audits.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Assist in implementing Food Safety Standards in an industry.
• Conduct in-house training and awareness in all matters relating to food safety.
• Carryout Internal Food Hygiene and Safety Audits.
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Food Technology or Food Science / Chemistry.
• Experience-: 5-8 years in Food and Flavours Industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
