- Designing and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities for children aged 2-5 years old in alignment with EYP curriculum standards.
- Fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Conducting ongoing assessments and observations to monitor each childs progress and individualize instruction as needed.
- Collaborating with parents/guardians to support childrens learning and development at home and school.
- Creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and positive peer interactions.
- Participating in team meetings, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
- Early Childhood Education certification or relevant teaching credentials.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting, preferably in an EYP or preschool environment.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles, curriculum frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic growth and learning.
