- Month-end close activities about project accounting, include reviewing month-end revenue and cost for projects to ensure timely and accurate project financials. Prepare and posting of journal entries to projects in the accounting system (eg. SAP).
- with IT Support/Shared Service Finance to resolve systems issues, correct wrong postings (if any) and other activities due to changes in report layout, system setup/configuration or interface issues.
- and prepare reports for monthly/periodic review such as Revenue Trend/Aged Unbilled Revenue Report and Dashboard, Deferred Revenue Report, High & Low Margin gap exception report etc.
- business units for change in organization structure by performing changes/updates in the Project System and project financials.
- all adjustments and comments related to project finances are recorded in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to investigating variances in project budgets, financial updates etc.
- Internal/External audit requests including but not limited to documentation retrieval, report generation and reconciling numbers between reports.
- and prepare relevant dashboards & templates used by the Global Project Analysis team (eg. Tableau dashboard for Unbilled Revenue/Major Project Review Dashboard).

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Balance Sheet and Financial Statement schedules for projects, reconcile project revenue, Pass-through GL account and upkeep of balance sheet accounts related to projects.
Education and Qualifications- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Preferably with audit & analysis skillsets & in an IT MNC environment
