Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) for Infrastructure Development and Facilities Maintenance.

This position's primary responsibility is to lead the strategic planning and execution of infrastructure projects, including the establishment of experience centers and new offices in diverse locations.

The person will collaborate closely with senior management to identify and prioritize infrastructure requirements aligned with our business objectives and expansion strategies.

Further, the focus will be on overseeing the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our offices and experience centers.


Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Development:
the strategic planning and execution of infrastructure projects, including the setup of new experience centers and new offices at a different location in senior management to identify and prioritize infrastructure needs based on business goals and expansion design, vendors, construction, and renovation processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and budget

Facilities Maintenance:

and implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of facilities and facility operations, including repairs, maintenance, and cleaning services.regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively to minimize disruptions.

Vendor Management:

and select vendors and contractors for infrastructure development-related projects and ongoing maintenance services.contracts and service agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality performance and provide feedback to ensure service level agreements are met.

Compliance and Safety:
compliance with local regulations and building codes related to facility management and occupational enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures to create a secure environment for employees and assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential hazards

Budget and Resource Management:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, facility management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.10+ years of experience in infrastructure development, facilities management, or related roles, with a proven track record of successful project execution.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive projects forward.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
Excellent knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, and facility maintenance best practices.
Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards governing facility management and safety.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
