    Job title: Bid Specialist

    Description
    Bid Specialist Role

    The Bid Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of bids. This involves overseeing the bid process, guaranteeing timely submissions, and managing vendor relationships to deliver project outcomes.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Timely submission of pre-bid queries
    • Synopsis of the RFP for management approval
    • Timely EMD arrangement
    • Sourcing and identifying vendors/OEMs for various components of the SI bid
    • Obtaining required documents as per RFP from various OEMs and local vendors
    • Creating financial working sheets showing cash flows and profitability
    • Arranging technical solution documents from internal presale teams
    • Preparing proposals from post-sales and delivery teams for implementation and post-sales support costs
    • Making documentation ready for uploading as per RFP requirements
    • Closing any shortfalls on a timely basis
    • Visiting customers to present documentation

    Qualifications

    To excel in this role, you require:

    Education: A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

    • Project Planning, Prioritization, and Project Management Expertise
