    Overview:

    As the Digital Marketing Head, you will lead and execute all digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels to reach and engage target audiences effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Define target audience segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

    Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as PPC, SEO, email, social media, and display advertising.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets and messaging.

    Website and Content Management:

    • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience.
    • Develop content strategies to support marketing initiatives, including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and infographics.
    • Implement content marketing best practices to drive organic traffic and engagement.

    Social Media Management:

    • Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
    • Create and curate content for social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
    • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities, engaging with the audience as needed.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    Qualifications:
