We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Social
Media Manager & Script Writer. As a wedding photographer, we understand the
importance of capturing moments and telling stories, and we are looking for
someone who can help us enhance our online presence through engaging social
media content and compelling scripts. This position offers an exciting opportunity
for a passionate individual with a relevant degree in social media or related fields,
whether they are an experienced professional or a fresh graduate eager to
kickstart their career.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase
brand awareness, engagement, and followership across various platforms
including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
Create and curate visually appealing and compelling content, including
photos, videos, graphics, and captions, that align with our brand identity and
resonate with our target audience.
Schedule and publish posts, monitor performance metrics, and analyze data
to optimize content strategy and drive results.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media
marketing to continuously improve our online presence and effectiveness.
2. Content Creation & Script Writing:
Write captivating and persuasive scripts
Collaborate closely with our creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop
concepts, and produce high-quality content that effectively communicates our
brand message and values.
Tailor content to different platforms and formats, ensuring consistency in tone,
style, and messaging while maximizing engagement and impact.
Proofread and edit scripts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand
guidelines, as well as optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
3. Community Engagement & Relationship Management:
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages,
and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions
and building meaningful relationships with our audience.
Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and other relevant
stakeholders to amplify our reach, increase brand visibility, and drive
engagement through partnerships, collaborations, and sponsored content
opportunities.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement,
conversion, and ROI to assess the effectiveness of our social media campaigns
and content initiatives.
Generate regular reports and insights to track progress, evaluate
performance, and identify areas for improvement, providing actionable
recommendations and strategic insights to inform future decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft compelling
narratives.
Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite,
Buffer, Canva).
Creativity, imagination, and a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment.
Knowledge of photography, videography, and/or the wedding industry is a plus.
Prior experience in social media management or content creation is preferred
but not required for fresh graduates.
