    Description

    Organic Marketing Strategies:

    Optimize LinkedIn profiles for sales teams and engage with industry influencers.

    Develop and share industry-specific newsletters and thought leadership articles on LinkedIn Pulse.

    Organize and host webinars on relevant topics in collaboration with the sales team.

    Participate in industry forums and online communities for brand visibility and engagement.

    Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic reach of web content.

    Foster social media engagement to build and nurture a community around the brand

    Campaign Development and Execution:

    Develop and execute email, social media, and digital campaigns to increase relevant traffic to the website and enhance brand and service awareness.

    Collaborate with the CMM and stakeholders to create campaign roadmaps, aiming for a MoM/Quarterly increase in UK traffic and improved MQL conversion rates.

    Conduct audience research for LinkedIn ads, emailers, PPC ads, etc., to generate mature sales leads for the sales team.

    Coordinate with teams for asset creation, timely campaign execution, and track the performance to report to senior leadership.

    Business Collateral Development:

    Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to understand collateral requirements, focusing on creating and updating a variety of business collaterals.

    Create content for PPTs, one-pagers, case studies, client emails, etc., contributing to new case studies and major updates to existing ones.

    Research and write for blogs, web pages, infographics, landing pages, etc., with a target of published content pieces every month on our and partner websites.

    Content Partnerships and Marketing Events:

    Identify and research potential partnership opportunities to build a strong online presence and profiles for senior leaders.

    Initiate and maintain conversations for partnerships, aiming to increase visits to the website from partner publications.

    Plan and execute content marketing activities with vendors and support event conceptualization, planning, and logistics, tracking successful execution of planned marketing events.

    Video/Visual Content Creation:

    Collaborate with teams for video production requirements, focusing on creating client video testimonials and other videos.

    Write scripts, create storyboards, and coordinate pre-production, ensuring the production of testimonial and software videos.

    Ensure timely production and marketing of video assets to effectively market videos to relevant geographies and target audiences.

    Email Marketing and Corporate Communications:

    Design and execute targeted email campaigns to achieve goals in email open rates, CTR, MQLs, and email conversions.

    Manage corporate communication emails, contributing to improved retention and fostering cross-sell and upsell.

    Event Management and Networking:

    Organize and manage pre-event and post-event activities, including personalized messages sent pre-event attendance and pre-event meeting setups.

    Follow up on post-event leads to track influenced revenue from marketing efforts.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    Support the Marketing Manager in achieving actual revenue from marketing efforts.

    Stay updated with the latest trends in B2B marketing and ensure continuous improvement in marketing strategies and tools.

    Top KPIs for the Role

    Website Traffic Growth: Measure the month-over-month or quarterly increase in relevant traffic to the website from various campaigns.

    Social Media Engagement and Growth: Monitor the engagement levels on social media platforms, including follower growth, engagement rates, and content reach.

    Email Campaign Performance: Evaluate the success of email campaigns based on open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and email conversion rates.

    Content Production and Reach: Assess the number and quality of content pieces published monthly, including their reach and impact on target audiences.

    Event Success Metrics: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing events based on metrics such as attendee numbers, post-event lead generation, and influenced revenue.

    Partnership and Networking Outcomes: Measure the success of partnership and networking efforts by tracking website visits from partner publications and the quality of leads generated.

    Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) Generation and Conversion: Generate and track the conversion rates of MQLs from different campaigns, focusing on improved rates over time.

    Key Skills:

    Multi-Channel Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and digital platforms.

    Content Creation and Management: Strong ability in creating compelling content tailored for different digital platforms, including LinkedIn, blogs, and websites, with a focus on SEO optimization.

    Strategic Planning and Execution: Skills in developing strategic campaign roadmaps and calendars, aligning them with the company's global marketing strategy and the specific goals of the marketing department.

    Analytical and Research Skills: Competence in conducting audience research, interpreting data, and applying SEO best practices to enhance organic reach and engagement.

    Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work closely with various stakeholders such as the Marketing Manager, VP of Sales, and sales teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

    Event Management and Networking: Skills in organizing, planning, and managing marketing events and networking activities, including pre-event and post-event strategies (OPTIONAL).

    Video and Visual Content Production: Experience in video production, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and coordinating pre-production activities.

    Email Marketing and Corporate Communications: Proficiency in designing and executing targeted email campaigns with a focus on high open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
